and background the successful candidate must have, we then prepare and
execute a comprehensive search to identify qualified candidates.
We conduct a complete screening
evaluation of each individual, including a thorough employment history
check, before presenting the candidate to our client company.
Because our responsibility
is putting the candidate and the client together, we get involved in all
negotiations, both pre- and post-interview discussions.
The length of the search will
usually depend upon the overall number of qualified candidates available
and the specialization of the position itself.
